"It has been such a pleasure dealing with your Lewes office. Recently we met with Isaac Sermeno Chavez regarding policies for both Auto and Home Owners Insurance. He was very patient, kind and very knowledgeable! Due to loss of a family member needed to travel out of town. This put all of our business on the back burner for a bit. Once returned to Delaware we attempted to link my phone with the Drive safely mechanism. Unfortunately we are not very computer Savy. Therefor we visited your Lewes office for some help. Our agent was with another customer of which we did not mind waiting. However, within 5 minutes Olivia took us back to her office space to assist us with nothing but genuine kindness, smile and not to mention once again patience! In today's world it is very Impressive to receive such outstanding customer service from one employee much less two. You are very fortunate to have both as your employees with such dedication! "2 weeks ago I wrote a glowing review. What a mistake that was. This is the most unprofessional agency I have ever dealt with. I later found out the Agent Elizabeth misrepresented my savings and other things were neglected to be mentioned at time of purchase. Upon realizing this, reached out to the owner. Who seemed apologetic about what happened. 8:45 Monday morning. She called me to rectify this. I pointed out numerous mistakes. She apologized and said she would get right into straightening it out. 3:00 hadn't heard anything, so I called to speak to her. Only to find out she left the office for the day and left it for one of her underlines to take care of it. This was aggravating, then I was told because they only had a Skeleton crew, they were not able to get to it yet. This Burnt my Biscuits. But if I was willing to wait she could do it right away. So your running with a Skeleton crew, the boss left for the Day. And you want me to now wait even longer. I am transferring my account to Tommy Taylor's Office. Your Office is a professional " EMBARRASSMENT " YOU NOT ONLY DROPPED THE BALL YOU DEFLATED IT."

"When we first called the office to ask questions about the process, Liz took all our information, did research on our questions and followed up immediately before our first visit. We were very impressed with her service. Then our agent, Issac Sermeno was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. His service was excellent and he took his time to make sure we understood the different options. We bundled and moved all insurances to his office while saving money. I would highly recommend this StateFarm office for your insurance needs. And the bonus, they are right down the street versus an on-line experience with someone from "who knows where" that you can't get hold of!
